The brewery also has a recipe book of year-round and seasonal beers that has a large customer fan base. With pints, cans to-go, growlers, and flights as options for clientele the on-premises and off-premises sales have everything that could be needed.
Morgan Ridge Brewery has a 150-person capacity inside with much more dining space on its patio. With a full-sized kitchen, the restaurant is capable of creating almost any style of menu that could be desired. With two walk-in refrigerators, there is also plenty of room for both the brewhouse storage and food storage. In addition to a regular daily menu, the kitchen is built to handle large crowds, catering, and special party events.
